Classic Guacamole

4 medium Avocados
1/2 tsp Lime or Lemon Juice
3 Plum Tomatoes
1/2 cup Red Onion
1 fresh Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 handful fresh Cilantro
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Optional "Graveyard" Ingredients:

I bag of Small Classic Pretzels
2 Boiled Eggs
Couple Fresh Celery Stalks
Several Wheat Thins Crackers
1 Writing Pen, Black for Food (check in your cake decorating isle for this item)
2-3 Black Olives
Instructions
Chop the tomato, the onion, the cilantro and the Jalapeno pepper, fine. Place all of these ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside. Peel and remove seed from avocados. Place avocados in food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Add lime or lemon juice and process again for a few seconds. Next add the tomato mixture to the processor, sprinkle some sea salt and black pepper, to taste and process for a few more seconds, just to incorporate the ingredients. Store in refrigerator, covering guacamole with plastic wrap, until ready to plate and serve.

For Graveyard Scene:

Place Guacamole in a "deep" dish of your choosing, outline with pretzels to resemble a fence. Place celery stalks to represent trees, boiled eggs, with eyes and nose made from black olives to resemble ghosts and wheat thins crackers with wording written on then with a food writing pen for the headstones in the graveyard.
