Ingredients
2 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1 3-oz box lime jello
2 3-oz pkgs cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Instructions
Heat pineapple to boiling point; add jello & stir til dissolved. Chill til soft set. Soften cream cheese; add to jello & blend. Fold in whipped cream, celery & nuts. Pour into mold. Chill.
