Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
1 heaping tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup veg. oil
4 tsp anisette flavor (& a little shorting/butter/oil for greasing the pan your choice)

Instructions

Turn oven on @400 Degrees. Sift Flour & Baking powder 3X. Then add the rest of the ingredients to the flour mixture. Pour into the greased pan. (11x9x1 pan it cam out of my toaster oven) You can use an aluminum brownie pan 8x5x1 and bake. Bake 15 -20 min. Cut into ¾ inch slices then return to oven & toast on both sides.(about 5-6min) (oven time will vary)
