1 kg potatoes
250 g ground beef
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 / 2 tsp crushed garlic
1 / 2 tsp cumin
1 / 2 tsp oregano
Flour, oil, salt, vinegar, raisins
Olives, chopped onion, tomato.
Boiled the potatoes, peel and press to form a dough, then work with little flour and salt to taste.
In another bowl, prepare a hash, frying in butter with crushed garlic dressing, cumin, chopped onions, tomatoes, oregano, pepper and salt. To this we add fried ground beef. Fry well and add a dash of vinegar, raisins, olives and bits of egg.
Finally fill this hash portions of the potato dough, giving it an oval. It dipped in egg wrapped in flour before frying in deep fat or oil.
