2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 20oz Can crushed pineapple
2 eggs beaten
1 stick butter melted
1 can condensed milk
2 cups pecan pieces
1 1/2 to 2 cups of angel flake bakers coconut
mix all cake ingredients together. no need for mixer.
Bake in a 9x13 pyrex dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
( I found that bakers joy spray works well to coat the pyrex)
While cake is baking, mix all icing ingredients together then pour on hot cake. spread evenly.
