1 package white cake mix
1 - 16 ounce can crushed pineapple, un-drained
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 carton whipped topping
maraschino cherries (red or green)
Mix and bake cake as directed on the box. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, mash flat. Pour crushed pineapple over cake. In a separate bowl, mix the instant pudding by directions on the box and blend in the cream cheese; spread on top of crushed pineapple. Slice bananas thin and put on top of the pudding mixture. Spread whipped topping on top of the bananas. Spread coconut evenly over top of the whipped topping. Use cherries to decorate. Must be kept in the refrigerator.
