Macaroon ingredients (48 each):
3 egg whites
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/3 powder sugar
1cup pretzel grounded
irish cream as needed
caramel syrup as needed
whisk the egg whites and sugar to a high peak add powder sugar and pretzel grounded and blend. Put the mix in a pipe and pipe small circles on a pan sheet. Cover with parchment paper and let rest for 45 min. Bake for 10 minutes on 300F. Dip the marshmallow in irish cream. Put it in the center of the macaroon (like a sandwich) Place caramel syrup on the plate and place the macaroon on top. Serve and Enjoy!
