Sauté Chicken with Preserved Lemon
Chicken with Preserved Lemon and Green Olives
• 1 Chicken cut in pieces
• 2 white Onions
• 1/4 pound Green olive
• 1 Preserved Lemon
• 1 cup of Chicken broth
• 3 clove of Garlic
• 2 Bay leaf
• Olive oil
• Salt/pepper/ground ginger
Sauté all the chicken in olive oil on both side and then take out the chicken. Sauté the diced onion and chopped garlic in the same pan.
Add the chicken, then half covered with chicken broth season with salt, pepper, ground ginger and bay leaf and cook for 30 to 45 minutes depending on how large the pieces are.
Finally, Add the green olives and sliced preserved lemon.
