Rail Car Stew
1/3 lb. sliced bologna
1 small to medium red onion
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tsp. oil or spray oil
Cut the bologna into 1 inch squares, slice the onion and then quarter it. Heat oil and saute bologna and onions until the bologna is browned and the onions are at least halfway cooked through. Prepare tomato soup with water according to directions on can. Add bologna and onion to tomato soup and heat thoroughly.
