Hot Asian chicken
8oz cooked chicken, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2-3 green onions, diced
1/2 to 1 whole red, yellow, green, or orange pepper, diced
6-7 small white mushrooms, diced
1/8-1/4 C Walden Farms Asian Ginger salad dressing (0 calories, use amount to personal taste)
1-2 tsp. oil
Heat oil in frying pan & add in all vegetables except mushrooms. Stir fry till hot. Do not over cook. When vegetables are still crunchy, add diced chicken & salad dressing. Stir until hot. Add mushrooms.
Stir until hot and serve. This can be served on a bed of rice if desired.
