1lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup orzo
3 celery stalks
3 carrots
6 garlic cloves
onion
2 zucchinis
vegetable bullion
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop chicken breast into cubes. Saute in a pan with 2 garlic cloves and the onion until chicken is no longer pink. Scrape into a soup pot and add 10 cups of water.

Add celery, carrot, bullion and spices and the rest of the garlic.

Boil for 10 minutes and then add zucchini and orzo. Boil until orzo is done.
