Almond Toffee Cookies
Simple cookie that anyone can make!
1/2 box of graham crackers
1 stick of butter
1 stick of margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of sliced almonds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a large cookie sheet (with sides) with aluminum foil.
Cover the foil with graham crackers, try to fill in all area.
In a pot on the stove put in the butter, margarine, and sugar.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Pour over the graham crackers.
Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the graham crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.
After cooled, break apart into cookies.
