Italian Best Garlic Bread
Garlic bread from an old Italian bakery!
One loaf Italian bread (uncut)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 stick butter soften (not melted)
1 or two cups mozzarella
pepper flakes (optional)
Soften one stick of butter.
Mix 1 teaspoon garlic let stand for 10 to 20 min.
Cut bread into two half loaves, spread butter mixture and spread mozzarella on both and add flakes.
Bake 400 for 15 to 20 min our until brown.
