2 cans Garbanzo beans (save juice from on can-drain the other)
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/6 cup tahini (ground sesame seed)
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp ground red pepper (or to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
Process all ingredients together in mixer/blender and enjoy with fresh vegetables, crackers or as spread on sandwiches!
