TX Potato Salad
Green onion chopped small
Salt and pepper to taste
One boiled egg
Vinegar and mustard
Cook one potato for each person. Mash. Add dill relish and onion chopped, 3 chopped eggs, put in one cup real Mayo and 3 tbs vinegar and 3 tbs. mustard. Mix.
Make a flower by cutting the last egg in the middle using a zig zag cut. Make leaves from dill slices. Put around flowers. Sprinkle with Paprika.
