1 pound hamburger meat, either ground chuck, or mix of ground chuck half and half with ground turkey
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup sliced onions
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup swiss cheese, diced
Cook onions and mushrooms in the olive oil in a frying pan, possibly a Cuisinart non-stick frying pan. Make eight round burger forms. Place the chopped cheese and cooked mushrooms and onions on top of one burger form and cover with another. Grill burgers on a Cuisinart grilling pan for ten minutes on one side, then turn them over and grill until well done by color of juice running out. Grill buns open faced and place burgers with condiments on the buns.
