White Chilli
Great full body soup and chili even young children like it. Healthy and packed with Yum. Even better when reheated.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb fresh ground chicken
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cloves presses garlic
6 cans Great northern beans
2 cans chicken broth
2 small cans chopped chili
3 tsp ground roasted cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in 8 quart pot on med heat and add onion and garlic. Saute till onions are clear. Add ground chicken and brown. Add chicken broth. Open beans, drain 4 cans, and add to pot. Blend last 2 cans with juice in blender, then add to pot and
add chili and seasonings. Cook uncovered on med low heat for about 2 hours. Serve with white tortilla chips.
