Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf
2 cups flours
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder,
2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 cup milk
6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup oil
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder & poppy seeds. Add milk, lemonade, oil and egg. Stir until moistened. Fill a greased and floured loaf pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees until a toothpick test comes out clean.
