Easy Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip
8 oz package of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup Ranch (Blue Cheese if you prefer)
1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 Cups cooked shredded or cubed chicken
French Bread loaf or Tortilla Chips
Put softened cream cheese, Ranch, and majority of cheddar cheese into slow cooker and stir together.
Add the cooked chicken and stir until mixture is evenly combined. Add siracha if you would like. Put the additional cheddar cheese on top of the dip and cook on low for an hour. Cut up toast french bread into slivers if you'd like or serve with torilla chips and celery.
To cook chicken:
Put chicken breasts with bones on a pan covered with foil in the oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cut meat to make sure it is cooked through (should be white) and let cool. Remove meat from bones.
Good alternative: use a rotisserie chicken (canned chicken will not taste as good)
