Greek Turkey Burger
3 lbs Ground Turkey
1 small diced onion (red or white)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Tablespoon Greek Seasoning
1 Cup Fetta Cheese
Drizzel of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
If you have a food processor, you can process your onion and garlic together. Start with a large bowl for mixing, add the onion and garlic, and mix well with your hands. Then add the seasoning and cheese. After it is all well mixed, make into patties.
Cook on a flat top grill with a little extra virgin olive oil until done and slightly brown on each side. Put on a whole wheet bun and top with a slice of red onion, 2 slices of cucumber and plain yogurt.
