A fragrant and delicious Jasmine and wild rice with saffron and fresh bay leaf."


3 cups water

1/4 cup Wild rice

1/2 cup water

1 tsp Saffron

2 cup Jasmine rice

Olive oil

Lavender petals


Add saffron threads to 1/4 cup water. Bring 3 cups water to boil, and add wild rice. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, then add jasmine rice, thyme and saffron broth, adding remaing 1/4 cup water to rinse saffron out of cup. Simmer for 10 minutes more till cooked, then stir to mix. Pack in oiled cup, remove, and drizzle with olive oil and lavender petals.
