Broccoli & Cheese Quiche Lorraine
“
Can be served with a ceasar salad on the side. Great for family breakfast or brunches. But also a great favorite to take to a brunch. Can be reheated. Pie shells can be store bought. Hint: pie can be filled with broccoli, bacon and cheese the night before; the egg mixture can be made and store in a meduim size bowl overnight in the fridge. In the morning just por the egg mixture in pie shell and bake. Really a simple and gratifying breakfast."
