Beer Balls

“ They go over so well; a real crowd pleaser at any event."

Ingredients

2 lbs. Hamburg
1 package of onion soup mix
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Bottle of your favorite beer

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and make into small meatballs. Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked
Place in slow cooker just to keep warm and serve directly from the slow cooker pot if you like.
