Easy Potato Soup
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage browned and drained (we like hot sausage)
1 bag frozen diced potatoes with oinons and peppers (hash browns, not shredded)
1 onion chopped
1 14oz can chicken broth
1 1/2 to 2 cups water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk ( less if you perfer thicker soup)
Shredded Cheddar cheese to garnish
Cook and drain sausage. Add hasbrowns and onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook stiring often. Reduce heat to low/simmer until ready to serve. May be cooked in slow cooker, but omit water. Serve with salad and bread sticks.
