Low Carb Pizza
1 can low sugar spaghetti sauce
1 lb Ground beef or Sausage
1 package Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 small can mushroom slices
Chopped green pepper
Brown and crumble one pound ground beef. Saute green peppers and mushrooms. In a 9 x 6 casserole dish, layer spaghetti sauce and each ingredient at least 2 times and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
