Chicken ala King

Very versatile recipe! Quick, good and easy!"
Ingredients
3 lbs. chicken cutlets
1/2 bottle Mesquite BBQ sauce
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
6 portabello mushrooms
1 yellow onion
oil for sauteeing
Instructions
Pound cutlets flat and slice into thin strips. Julienne the peppers and rest of the vegetables, saute on medium flame until almost cooked. Add chicken, pour over sauce with a little bit of water and cook on low flame until ready. Enjoy!
