Fantastic Potatoes

Wonderful potatoe casserole with mixture of delicious flavors.

"

Ingredients

2 lbs. forzen hash browns 
1/2 cup butter, melted 
2 cups sour cream (use 1 cup Mascarpone and 1 cup sour cream)
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste 
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine and caramelized in butter
1 can cream of chicken soup


Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 45- 60 minutes.
