Chicken stock concentrate
1/2 cup of water
Wash all vegetables and cut or break into chunks. Place all veggies in a large pot with a top. Add 2 chicken stock concentrates, black pepper and a 1/2 cup of water and cover with a top. Place in the oven (350 degrees) and cook until tender. Approximately 1 and 1/2 hour.
