Black Bean and Macaroni Salad

1 box macaroni and cheese
1 can black beans
1 can rotel
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 gloves minced garlic
1 chopped jalapeno pepper


Make macaroni and cheese. Reduce cooking time of macaroni to 8 minutes and rinse before preparing. Poor cooked macaroni and cheese in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Cool in refrigerator till chilled. Remove from refrigerator. Rinse black beans and add to macaroni along with the remaining ingredients. Stir and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for all the flavors to absorb into the macaroni. This is a very spicy dish. For less heat omit jalapeno. Enjoy
