Ingredients

1/4 c. pecan pieces
1 1/2 T sugar

1-2 bunches of romaine lettuce broken into bite sized pieces
1 cup thickly shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries

1/4 c vegetable oil
2 T sugar
2 T vinegar
1 T fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash of hot sauce

Instructions

Sugar the pecan pieces...combine pecan pieces and sugar stirring constantly over low heat until pecans are coated with melted sugar. Set aside to cool on parchment paper and break apart.

Combine the last seven ingredients to make the dressing and toss with all other ingredients.
