Pasta Salad

Bowtie pasta, dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil in a light vinaigrette dressing."

Ingredients

Pasta Salad

1 box (16 oz) bow tie pasta
1 package sundried tomatoes in oil (drained)
1 package fresh basil
1 package crumbled feta
1 bottle of Light Balsamic Vinaigrette


Instructions

Clean and tear or chop basil minus stems into desired size
Boil pasta and drain.
In a large bowl mix pasta, basil, tomatoes, feta and 1/2 bottle of Vinaigrette.

Best if made a day ahead so flavors meld and dressing is absorbed. Add more dressing as needed to taste.
