Cheesy Potatoes


10 potatoes peeled and sliced
16 slices of American Cheese
1 16oz container Sour Cream
1 pkg of shredded Velveeta (can substitute slices of Velveeta)
1/2 stick Margarine
salt and pepper to taste.


Peel, slice and either parboil or pressure cook potatoes for 5 minutes. Layer potatoes, american cheese, Velveeta and sour cream in a 13x9 pan. Add salt, pepper and top with pats of margarine. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
