Cauliflower Scallop

A creamy cauliflower side dish, also great to make but not bake until needed"

Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped pimientos
1/4 med onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 9 oz.packages frozen cauliflower, thawed


Instructions

Mix all ingredients together, except the bread crumbs. Put in 10x6 baking pan. Spread bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
