Padgett Serrano SalsaUser Submitted Recipe
1 medium sized vine ripened tomato
2-3 Serrano Peppers (depending on how hot you like it)
1 6oz can of Contadina Tomato Paste w/ roasted garlic
1 Medium white onion
1 bunch of cinlantro
1 Tbsp of roasted garlic (chopped)
1 Tbsp of Salt
1 Cup of Water
Combine ingredients minus the water in a food processor. Add the salt to taste. Once well blended, move to a pot and cook until the entire mixture is hot to the touch. Remove and refridgerate for 2 hours or until cool. Serve immediately. Will be good for 2 weeks+.
