Black bean salad

Perfect for corn chips as fresh deep, or a a Summer dish with fish or grilled chicken."


1 can of cooked black beans
1 cup chopped Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 Jalapeno minced(remove seeds to reduce heat)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 roasted corn
1 Lime or lemon
1 chopped fresh garlic
Salt, Pepper, Cumin to taste


Rinse the beans, place is a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, mix all together let them rest for 30 minutes and serve.
