hash browns -1 bag
sour cream -1 tub
butter -1/2 lb
cheddar cheese-3/4 block
onion -1 chopped


Instructions

salt and pepper to taste
melt butter,add to ingredients in a roasting pan and top with cheese
cook at 350F for 50 minutes
