Sweet Potato Casserole

It's easy to make and everybody that I served loved."


2-16 oz cans sweet potato
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnut


1- Heat the sweat potato with water to boil and drain
2- Mash with butter, add sugar, salt, eggs. milk and vanilla
3-Place mixture in a glass baking dish
4- Mix the topping with fingertips till crumbly and spread topping on potato mixture
5-Bake 350F for 40 minutes
PS: May be made 1 day in advance, refrigerate and bake the next day.
