Cheesy Creamy Hash Brown CasseroleUser Submitted Recipe
A hearty, comfort food side dish.
1 bag Hash Brown Potatoes, partially frozen
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
6 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup plain bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine all ingredients, except the bread crumbs. Grease 9”x13” baking dish. Pour mixture into baking dish and spread out evenly. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until golden brown.
