3 lbs stew beef

2 cups broth

2 onions, chopped

2 tsp. salt

1/2 C. catsup

1/2 C. brown sugar, packed

1/4 C. vinegar

3 T. prepared mustard

3 T. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 stick butter


Cook beef until tender and tear apart, set aside. Mix together all other ingredients in a large pot and simmer 30 minutes. Add beef and simmer 30 minutes longer.
