Creamy Curry Chicken

Chicken breast covered in a full flavor creamy curry sauce."


3 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 Tbsp garlic

1 red bell pepper

1 small white onion, chopped

1 can chicken Broth

1 1/2 cup heavy cream

2 Tbsp yellow curry powder

3 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp olive oil


Put the olive oil in the pan and heat it. Add garlic to the olive oil and let it brown. Add the finely chopped onion and red bell pepper, also finely chopped. Cook until the onion is translucent. Cover the chicken with curry powder and sear the chicken 1 min on both sides. Add the chicken broth and honey and a little additional curry. Bring to a boil, cover. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 min or until the chicken is fully cooked. Uncover the pan and reduce the chicken broth. Take the chicken out and add the heavy cream, stir and heat sauce. Pour over chicken.
