Chicken Quesadilla For Toddlers!
User Submitted Recipe
“
My 2 year old daughter loves this! You can substitute the chicken with another meat if you like as long as it is cooked."
Ingredients
2-Flour tortillas of your choice
1 lb. chicken breast diced
1 cup Cheese
Instructions
Prepare chicken breast by dicing it into pieces your child can eat. Cook the diced chicken until done. Put one tortilla on a heated skillet for about 30 seconds to heat it. Turn it over and add cheese and cooked chicken pieces. Then cover chicken with more cheese and place the second tortilla on top of it all. Press down on the top tortilla. Quickly and carefully turn the quesadilla over to heat up the top tortilla. Remove when the cheese inside has melted. Cut into 4-6 slices and let cool.
