Ingredients

1/2 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 cup milk
1 8oz bag of sliced pepperoni
3 lg eggs
1/4 cup melted butter and add last diced cheese - 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

Instructions

Place ingredients as listed into blender adding cheese last. Mix for 2 min. Pour into lightly greased pie pan and bake for 10 min on 450 and then turn down oven to 325 and continue baking for 25 min or until lightly brown. Serve with pizza sauce to dip in.
