Ingredients

2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp flour
1/3 cup hot water
1-2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cooking sherry
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup grated cheese
1 lb chicken cutlets
1 10oz. pkg. broccoli
2 tbsp more of grated cheese
Dash of paprika

Instructions

Melt margarine in medium bowl. Stir in flour, water bouillon cubes, heavy cream and nutmeg. Blend and add grated cheese and set aside. In a casserole dish, cook chicken and broccoli. Pour sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Serve with noodles or rice.
