Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Sirloin ground beef
1 Red bell peppers or your choice of colors
1/2 Red onion
3/4 Yellow Zucchini
i/4 cup chopped ortega brand green peppers

1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste

Instructions

In Cuisinart food processor, chop onion, bell peppers, zucchini, ortega peppers.
Place ground beef in bowl add all ingredients and mix. mold into patties and fry for 4 min. each side. place in 350 degree oven bake 10 minutes each side. serve on buns of your choice.
