Sausage & PeppersUser Submitted Recipe
1 lb. Italian Sausage cut in 1 inch pcs,
1 lg. onion sliced
3 green peppers cut sliced
2 Tblsp. Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup fresh Parsley
2/3 cup tomato sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Place all ingredients except tomato sauce in lg. skillet, cook until meat is cooked through, add tomato sauce and heat through.
Serve over white rice.
This can be done in a roasting pan
in the oven or on a grille, adding
tomato sauce last 10 minutes.
