Sunshine Chickie Pasta

Great "meal salad" in the summer time, just add fruit and cool beverage. Enjoy!
I have served this many times at parties, pot lucks and feeding of the hungry. Easily made the day before."

Ingredients

7 oz of shell pasta cooked & drained
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 lb cooked chicken
3/4 cup peas
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
1/2 cup celery- chopped
1/2 cup onion-chopped
1/2 cup sweet relish

For Dressing:
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt


Instructions

1) Toss cooked pasta with oil and vinegar, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
2) Add remaining ingredients.
3) Mix dressing ingredients into a small bowel, then lightly mix with the pasta salad ingredients
4) Refrigerate for several hours.
