“
My babies love this recipe. Whenever I made this for them, they gobble up in no time. I love the rainbow of colors and nutrients in these ingredients."
Ingredients
8 ounces Salmon-cut into small cubes
1 small sweet potatoes-peeled and cut into small cubes
1 small beet-peeled and cut into small cubes
2 cups baby spinach leaves
Instructions
Add sweet potatoes in a pot, pour enough water to cover the sweet potatoes. Simmer until fork tender.
Remove sweet potatoes to the food processor with a slotted spoon.
Place salmon, beet and spinach into the cooking liquid and cook until the salmon is cooked through.
Remove salmon, beet and spinach into the food processor and grind until the mixture reaches the consistency you desired. Add the cooking liquid to thin out the mixture when it gets too thick.
