All good things in bowl


Chicken, pumpkin, veggies and rice
The goodness of veggies plus chicken and rice. A complete meal in a bowl. This meal satisfies a baby's sweet tooth. It's great for picky eaters! Good for adults also, just add salt and pepper.
Can be frozen. Reheat in sauce pan for better texture."

Ingredients

Chicken breast. 1 whole piece.
Pumpkin (half, peeled)
1 medium onion
2 medium carrots
3 green onions
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 red pepper (optional)
Prepared rice


Instructions

Add the following to a sauce pan: pumpkin, rough chopped onion, carrots cut in half, green onions, garlic and half a red pepper. Add enough water to cover the veggies plus 1 inch. Add chicken breast bone side down. Move veggies around and adjust. Boil for 20 minutes. Take out chicken breast and dice in small cubes. Use a hand blender to puree contents of sauce pan. Mix puree, chicken breast and rice. Your baby will enjoy this tasty blend of goodies.
