Scalloped Potatoes With Ham

This creamy, cheesy dish was a favorite of our family and anyone who would join us loved it too. Mom would always serve this on really cold Minnesota days. Made with love and served with smiles. That was Momma!"


4-5 lbs red potatoes peeled & sliced
2 lbs ham cut into bite sizes
3 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cans of Cream of Celery Soup


This can be prepared in a 5 quart crock pot or a 9x13 baking dish.
Place a layer of potatoes, covering the bottom of dish. Then a layer of ham on top of potatoes. The third layer is cheese on top of the ham. Make two layers. When ingredients reach the top (leaving enough room for the soup frosting) Then frost the top of the final layer making sure not to leave any air holes. If baking in over set to 350 degrees. Bake covered with foil for l 1/2 hours till potatoes are tender. If making in crock pot follow manufactures directions.
