Tangy and different way to serve hamburgers"
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbled
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 hamburger patties
4 buns
Instructions
Mix balsamic vinegar into hamburger patties
Cook hamburgers until no longer pink
Meanwhile in the Cuisinart blender put mayonnaise and cheese and process until smooth
Spoon cheese mixture on each hamburger and serve on bun
